The Nancy Corwith Memorial Scholarship Fund

It all started when…

a kind, intelligent, loving woman joined the UMS community and left an impact that will be felt for years to come. Nancy was a part of the UMS community for over 20 years and has left a lasting legacy of kindness, respect and peace. Nancy helped over 200 children learn to be themselves, to solve problems and the Montessori curriculum. Her influence is still felt at UMS and we are forever grateful that she brought her inspiring presence to our school.

Nancy was deeply committed to UMS’s financial aid offerings. In 2023 we launched the Nancy Fund, as it’s become affectionately called, to allow us to continue to open our doors to as many families as possible and maintaining a diverse community.
